HeartRate Guard is NOT a medical device. The content, graphics, and data analysis provided by the app are for informational and fitness purposes only.
They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
In the event of a medical emergency, consult a qualified healthcare professional or call emergency services immediately.
2. Services Provided
HeartRate Guard provides tools for recording and tracking heart rate, HRV, blood pressure, and glucose levels.
The app only measures heart rate via PPG technology. It does not measure blood pressure or blood glucose directly; these features are manual logging tools only.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the measurements or calculations (such as Heart Age or BMI) are 100% accurate or reflective of your actual clinical health status.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the data you manually input.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You acknowledge that the app relies on the hardware capabilities of your iPhone (camera and flash) for measurements.
4. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data, including our integration with Apple HealthKit and third-party services.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
